applications like Oracle Financials, Siebel,
Matrix One, executive management at Energy Corp.
still lacked an integrated view of the key
performance indicators across their business.

the "Control Panel", an integrated
graphical view of the 50 key performance
indicators for the business from Sales
to Collections, from Inventory Levels to
Manufacturing Variance to Want.

This solution was built on top of an
Enterprise Data Warehouse,
designed, developed and implemented by
Techlogix. The Data Warehouse became the
repository of a single, consistent, integrated
view of the enterprise which combined data from
8 different source systems covering 10
functional areas. |

The Control Panel was built using Oracle for the
data warehouse and Cognos for reporting and data
analytics. The graphical KPI visualization was
custom developed by Techlogix using J2EE
technology. |
