The application provides agents a simple mechanism to make amendments, and provide administrative relief from difficulties of handling cash transactions for license purchasing and processing fees. MMLISI provides a web-based interface for Reps to create Form U4 amendments and renew licenses and enable payment of processing and license fees.

The MMLISI Direct Licensing application works with CyberCash to process credit card transactions through software installed and configured on the web server. MMLISI Direct Licensing produces html files for File Net to create workflows and index them for the Licensing Staff. The mail server is used to distribute a notification for an order made for a Rep while the Web server delivers the 'screens' or pages to the user's browser.
